Associate Consultant
Irene Nambasa is a Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) professional with 4 years of experience. She
started her career at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC), where she made significant contributions
through her role as a Monitoring and Evaluation Team Assistant. At PwC, she developed resource
planning tools and interactive dashboards, increasing staff utilization from 27% to 89% and
significantly boosting departmental revenue. She contributed towards conducting baseline studies,
introduced subcontractor tracking systems, and improved data analysis and reporting processes,
driving operational efficiency and stakeholder satisfaction.
Her expertise includes designing M&E frameworks, implementing innovative tools like Microsoft
PowerApps and Power BI, and conducting capacity-building initiatives to improve data quality and
reporting. Irene’s work has consistently aligned projects with strategic objectives, ensuring
accountability, efficiency, and impactful decision-making.
With strong skills in SPSS, Power BI, and Kobo Collect, Irene Nambasa is able to demonstrate her
ability to manage complex data systems and facilitate evidence-based strategies. She holds a
Postgraduate Diploma in Monitoring and Evaluation from the Uganda Management Institute (UMI)
and a Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences from Makerere University. She is a member of the
Uganda Evaluation Association.
