Biography

Chris is a Research and Evaluation Specialist with over eight (8) years work experience across multiple industries, including private sector and Humanitarian and development-oriented organizations. He has designed and managed over 50 Research studies and Evaluations of Programmes spanning Health, Education, Markets and Development, Resilience and Livelihood, Off
grid renewable Energy, Crisis Response, Food Security, Climate change in International Organizations, and donor-funded projects especially USAID, PEPFAR, PFIZER, UN (United Nations),
BMGF, GOGLA in Sub Saharan Africa (East Africa Uganda Kenya, Rwanda Tanzania, and Burundi).

He is an esteemed member of Washington Evaluators and the Uganda Evaluation Association. He
played a key role in the successful execution of the World Evaluation Case Competition 2022, a
global event that brought together teams from over 15 countries across all five continents. He also
initiated Uganda’s National Evaluation case competition in 2023.

He also has experience in strategic partnerships and collaborations with various Technical Working
Groups at Government parastatals including Ministry of Health, Ministry of Energy, Ministry of
Education and Sports and other Regional, local and National Implementing Partners to successfully
deliver multiple pilot projects on time and within budget threshold. He has authored and delivered

training materials for web-based and mobile data collection tools, including ODK, Commcare, Kobo-
toolbox, Survey-123 ArcGIS, and survey CTO, as well as data analysis using Powerbi and Advanced

Excel.
He holds a Masters in Monitoring and Evaluation (UTAMU), Bachelor of Science Degree in
Quantitative Economics (Makerere University), a Post Graduate Diploma in M&E (UTAMU), and
pursuing a Master of Science in International Public Health at Liverpool John Moores University.
